The program has been adapted to non-union workplaces. The techniques and skills are transferable to resolving conflict between/among labor and non-labor interested parties.

Health Law And Bioethics - Boston University School of Law. A five day program to study theories of normative ethics, health law, and their relationships, allocation of resources, death and dying, human experimentation, health insurance, health care delivery and conflict resolution in medical/hospital facilities.
