Jack Hunt and John Alfano are both rostered with the Maine Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Service to do mediation and Early Neutral Evaluation in commercial cases in Maine's Superior Court. Both have many years of experience with the Panel of Mediators of the Maine Labor Relations Service.

Mediators sometimes define themselves along a continuum from “directive” to “transformative.” We find those terms limiting. We endeavor instead to tailor the style of mediation to the realities and needs of the parties. We are goal-oriented and assume the client’s goal is a resolution of the dispute on favorable terms. We are available on short notice, and on evenings and weekends, for additional compensation.
